Very well trained and courteous staff. Ever helpful and smiling. Good facility. I would only advise if still possible, they have more elevators, as the 2 they presently use are grossly inadequate for a hotel of that magnititude and population.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, we stayed there for 5 days and the hotel staff were very generous and very helpfull. The breakfast was excellent and we also celebrated our friend's B'day and they got us 3 small cakes and a candle which it was very nice. Majestic was very close to all the malls. We are coming back for sure.

The staff are extremely passive and when they are not sure about anything quite often get aggressive. With the service aside it is a nice hotel to stay at.

Nice rooms if a little small but clean & well maintained.Great buffet breakfast & good value at only Dhs40. Supermarket a few doors down & other restaurants nearby but with so many to choose from in the hotel you dont need to leave. its a good 15min walk to metro which in summer is a but hard but its only a Dhs10 taxi ride to metro station or there are buses nearby going to Bur Dubai.I would stay here again (I was here for 6 nights) but dont order cans of softdrink (coke, sprite etc) in the restaurant ripoff at Dhs20 per can!! its only 1 or 2 everywhere else.

It is a very nice hotel and we would absolute stay here again. If we have to criticize something will that be there is only 2 elevators so in the breakfast time you can wait for a long time before you are lucky to use the elevators. And unfortunately there are only 20 sunbeds so you have to be early in the morning to get one. Breakfast is great, the starff is very nice, but a little to slow in the restaurant. But we will recommend to stay here.
