Fantastic staff!

Old unrefurbished hotel in the central location. Staff is helpfull, but the hotel is not what you would expect from the good rating hotel. The price doesn't differ a lot from the Hilton, which is nearby, but the facilities does make a big difference. Would not recommend to stay there for longer period.

We have stayed there three times. Service is always excellent. Staff speak English for those of us who need it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are large, clean and nicely furnished.

Nice simple hotel overlooking the Rhine river. Only problem no airco so when you open the window traffic is rather heavy all through the night.

great location, great service,great breakfast, unusual hot weather, no airconditioning, which we found is normal for europe. we greatly appreciated all the help we were given to find our way around.
