The internet didn''t work all the time.

Rooms were huge but a bit outdated. Bathrooms need renovation as well. Good value for money but not a good location for tourists in Delhi.

Very huge rooms with an excellent room temperature. Very nice building, but lack of atmosphere in the rooms itself, though there are fullly equiped. <BR><BR> I defenitely would recommend these place to a friend, because of the nice location and surrounding of the hotel. This makes a start in India more easier. <BR><BR> In the moment the construction work for the metro is going on at the street in front of the hotel, but you do not hear anything in the room, which are mostly in the back of the hotel located. All in all is this place a good choice to start travelling in India.

We found this hotel to be everything we hoped for. It is a beautiful old colonial hotel with lots of character. The service was excellent and the 2 bedroom suite we had was a pleasant surprise. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The one drawback was the exorbitant price of drinks (190 rupees for a pot of tea for 2 persons and 100 rupees an hour for use of the internet which hardly worked. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and indeed have done so.

Totally satisfied with the facilities and services, appropriate to a 4-star ranking. Very attentive and hospitable staff.
