Macrossan House was exactly what I wanted from my stay in Port Douglas. The Managers - Pip and Trev - couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly, and as the property is quite small and 'boutique style' it was really quiet and relaxing (i.e. no screaming kids). The price as well was such great value compared to a lot of other properties in the heart of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Trevor and Pip are friendly, very obliging and full of local knowledge and tips of good things to do. The facilities are spacious, comfortable, light and airy, peaceful and very private. There was no noise from other apartments at all. We enjoyed the lovely pool with its spa facility at one end. We would definitely stay here again and it will be our pleasure to recommend Macrossan House to others. Thank you for the lovely stay.

A very clean and well appointed hotel with helpful hosts. The hotel is in a great position. Tours can be booked through the hotel which even supplies reading material.
