Good overall. Great location, some rooms a bit pokey. But let us switch until found a decent room (3rd one). Nice staff. They could do with better signage both to get to the hotel (a map) and directions to windsor (their hotel map needs work). Go for it.

Room Heating only works when you are in the room and your keycard is in the slot by the door. Had to request a second key and leave it in permanently.
