Friendly, helpful staff. Pool and gym facilities were excellent and clean. Food was outstanding. One hinderance was that there is no internet facilities except Wifi i.e. no stand alone internet terminal in foyer, unlike most hotels of this standard.

Grand entrance, looks impressive from the outside. The hotel is clean, but I guess our was a one off but the room (Ash) was very sub-standard. Our room was on the ground floor, so as we did not have net curtains we could not take advantage of the sunlight. While the curtains were closed, we realised none of the lampshade had any bulbs. The bed was falling apart, with some sort of small extra matress at the end of the bed with no explanation and a massive hole and the head of the bed. Our pillow kept falling behind. Hopefully the hotel with update the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. no complaints there.

very nice worth the 4 star badge i would stay there again without a dought nice food real good breakfast everything you could eat plenty of choice good gym, pool , real nice setting and 1st class staff
