All of the staff here are very good indeed, reception, porter, chamber maids, Head waiter and his waiters and waitresses. Nothing is too much trouble and service always comes with a smile. The quality of the food is superb so the chef and his team are exceptionally good too. When we arrived our TV wasn't working as it should and it was fixed inside of one hour. The leisure facilities are worth a mention too with two different kinds of sauna, an ice room, a salt infusion room and an aromatherapy room. Last but not least is the hot pool inside/and out. It was marvellous to sit outside in January enjoying this.

Excellent Hotel with brilliant facilities. Stayed at the hotel twice and each time the service is excellent. Room (I stayed in a double) was excellent and funished to a high standard. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere ,especially in the reception area , where you can relax in front of the open fire . The leisure centre is excellent too,brillaint swimming pool, and a lovely open air hot tub (not to be missed!). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly be revistiting in the near future.
