Would have stayed at the Premier Inn if I had known the pool was going to be out of action. The only reason I booked this Hotel Also not really disabled accessable

Don't know if we just were unlucky. Arrived on the Monday and on Wednesday afternoon had to ask for the bed to be changed as this still had not been done! Also had to request tissues in the bathroom as the box was empty but had not been refilled. Don't let this put you off though, as the hotel is very nice and is set in an ideal location a few minutes walk from the town centre. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was way to expensive, but plenty of place in Stratford to eat.
