Staff are far more helpful than at most hotels. Rooms are very good, which coupled with the hotel being close to bars, restaurants and a MRT station makes it an excellent base for staying in Singapore.

i find this hotel convenient for my business stay. Located not far from business district and just adjacent to the ECP.

Nice comfortable rooms, great place to grab a cup of coffee and have an informal meeting at the lobby coffee shoppe. the hotel is in a perfect central location

Was not impresssed. Felt like a impersonal corporate outfit , Simple touches like free wifi were not available.

Staff very attentive and pleasant. Beds comfortable. Rooms very tired and in need of refurbishment. Carpets stained.
