The "Important note" on the woucher is really very important! Call them, when you arrive in Barcelona! As there is no reception in the house, they send someone with the key. So take it seriously for yor own sake. Othervise the apartment was clean, and equipped with all the necessary things. The space is is more than enough for 4 people. The TV did not work, but we did not miss it anyway. The heating was working properly, which was important and very warm surprise during the 10-15 Celsius days. Recommended!

Although in a convenient central location (although some might find the area somewhat intimidating), the apartments themselves are very run-down. The bedding and couches were filthy, and the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived at the time agreed with the letting agent. I certainly do not think that these appartments merit a 3.5 star rating by any international standards.

Very good value for money place to stay in Barcelona. Large apartment that would comfortably sleep 6... very roomy for our three!

See from other reviews that the cleanliness has been bad, now it was very good. We had an appartment on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and was perfect for us, 2 adults and 1 child 6 year.

hotel was located 2mins walk from red light district, which was quite frightening as I was staying with my 3 young children. Apartments located in what look like a slum area and not really what was described online. Bathroom was disgusting,living area was very cold & dark/dull. Quite disappointing really would not recommend apartments or stay in them again. TV had no English channels. Taxis from airport v expensive, recom use of bus service cheap and great way to see city.
