huge hotel... nice clean rooms.. i will not stay anymore in one off these big strips hotels the walking distances are so long u loose a lot of time.... but the mgm grand is for sure a hotel what u have to see.... minus: They increased the resort fee to 20 Dollar!!!!!!

I was shocked to find no coffee maker in the room. While i was offered free buffet for 2 people, i was never told that only 40.00 would be covered. This was not explained to me at check in. Thank you

rooms in west wing very small. Bathroom sink would'nt drain properly. Never mentioned additional resort fee of $22 per day. Never had choice to decline the internet or newspaper amenity.

Traveled to MGM Grand Dec 15th-18th 2011. They are currently renovating their rooms. We had one of the older rooms and you could tell that it was in need of some upgrades. Fixtures were worn and the armoires was chipped. They are working one floor at a time and plan to be done sometime 2012. I was told that the close the floor above and below while they are working to decrease noise. We were 12 floors above and still heard the noise from their hammer drills time to time but never was it obnoxious. They had a mock up in their reception area, it looked quite modern. All other public areas are clean and neat. Great style and comfort. If you can get a new room go for it! The older room was still comfortable and quite reasonable in price.

KA was incredible! But if I'd known I'd suffer through food poisoning from the buffet, being kept awake by people above us throwing furniture and fighting until 6 am, a view of the airport and a bedskirt with what looked like puke on it I would have opted to spend my money at another hotel. I don't usually reply to reviews unless I was very impressed or very disgusted. This is the first bad review I've written.
