Staff were very helpful and extremely accomodating as I didn't know how long I was going to stay and they helped with arrangements. Its in an ideally placed location to explore Granada and is on the bus route to all the sights.

1. Fantastic sheets and towels! 2. Bit musty upon entry into the bedroom until the windows were opened 3. Noise from the road (but is to be expected in city centre) 4. Didn't like having to pay for the u/g car park, which was dark and dungeon-like 5. Little choice at breakfast (and no hot food) 6. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room 7. Attractive foyee, helpful staff

Excellent hotel in a good location. Much better than we expected for the price we paid. The restaurant food and wine was excellent and the service was great! Definitely one to recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great service by personal. Garage and area outside the bedroms need some attention.
