The staff was friendly and kind and were always helpful and it made my stay that much more enjoyable. It is located about a 10 minute walk from downtown, but it is peaceful and serene and I would recommend.

It's a small, friendly and very nice hotel located at the entrance of El Calafate town and the view from the room is pointed to the lake which is very nice. We enjoyed very much the acomadation as well as the location and friendly atitude of the staf.
