A very good budget hotel for those who like cleanliness, but don't need fancy facilities. No a/c or bath, but good shower. Rooms are small by international standards, but ok for London. Staff provided an alternative room without complaint when we suggested room was to small. Didn't get up early enough for breakfast during or four night stay, but room was serviced very well each day. Excellent location for exploring London, and many good eateries and pubs in the locality.

Great hotel, a lovely family. We had a bad run in at [another hotel] near this hotel with the propertier threatening us. I will def. return to luna & simone very courteous, mannerly and helpful!
