Luna Palace Mazatlan Guest Reviews
Very few workers could speak English. Not even the front desk workers. Everything we asked for...we were told "tomorrow". Even when we needed towels for our showers, or an extra blanket. Everyday, we were told that the heat would go on in the pool..."Tomorrow". Restruant was extremly SLOW...& very expensive. Nothing special. This is definately NOT a 4 star. I would rate it about a 1 to 2 star. We ended up leaving, and going to another hotel. We were there 5 days, and the kids couldn't even get in the pool water... We would NEVER re comend this place, unless you just needed a cheap 1 night stay.

We had a really great time and definitely recommend going during this time of year when it is the low season because it was not busy at all.

It was a good experience. All the staff were very friendly. We took the ocean view room, The best thing about this hotel is its beach.

For the ptice we paid for the jr suite ( we got an online deal) it was too expensive for what we got- - the internet was down most of the time- in our room- as advirtised- the toaster only toasted one side - the shower curtain fell down on top of me - the water did not come out of the shower facet - all these things were reported and fixed- the dishes/pot,cuterly were very tinny- the view was beautiful and the pool area was lovely - the room certainly could have been cleaned properly- the smell in the room was very musty- old -old furniture-our clothes smelled after we had left- the safe was not attacked to the wall in the closet so anyone could walk away with it- great location and they were bothering us all the time to come to their sales pitch - who would ever buy in a place that offers ?? a smelly room over priced - we stayed there but for a chort time and not again- could be nice if they put some money in it and don't raise the price
