I couldn't believe that the hotel was still using box televisions. The walldrobe space was insufficient for fitting two people's things. Also, bathrobes were only provided on request. However the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. I think that the room rate of A$202 is overpriced.

Very handy to the Convention Centre, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also handy to the MTR. Nice room with all facilities provided, and very obliging staff. We will stay there again!

Very friendly and helpful. Only adverse comment is that internet was charged at 80 HK$ per day, very expensive. Other hotels in the area provide it for free. This may influence my decision to stay there next time. Otherwise a very good hotel.

my reservation was confirmed incorrectly so instead of a double non smoking room that I had requested I had been allocated a twin smoking room. Did not appreciate having to argue with front desk after 14 hour flight, though eventually they were able to accomodate me. hotel in good location and adequate for price, though the room service breakfast is really bad - I would recommend going to the Starbucks next door. Also there is a permanent musty smell about the place (particularly in the bedrooms) which you find in many HK hotels which are not top rate. service from porters was extremely good and helpful. In general an adequate hotel but don't expect many frills - you get what you pay for.

This is an old hotel with recent renovation.Excellent location.just 2 minutes to wanchai mtr, 5 minutes to exhibition center and 7 minutes to harbour by walking.I didn't use the hotel facilities so I cannot comment on but daily internet use was 80HKD(24 hours).The room was big enough in HK standards.The staff were very helpfull. I didn't take breakfast as I had a plenty of nice bakerys nearby such as delifrance,starbucks,olivers etc.I strongly recommend this hotel.
