The staff were very professional and helpful. The position is just near Via Veneto and a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. The metro at Piazza Barberini is also only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is of a good standard and the place was very clean. There are small, interesting eateries frequented by locals in the small alleyways nearby which offer excellent local dishes for a fraction of the price of the tourist traps in Via Veneto. The only complaint was the size of the room which was a bit small for a 4 star hotel. Overall, I would stay there again.
