This hotel is not 4 star and not 2 minutes from the square no public transport nearby breafast just soso washing charges over the top but reception staff are excellent

The hotel suffers from traffic noise if you are located on the road side. The reception staff were very helpful but the staff at breakfast gave 'service with a scowl'. Would benefit from custemer care training The location is not too bad if you don't mind walking into 'where it's at' e.g. Wenceclas Square is a 20 minuit walk.

No problems at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sorted out taxi's and airport transport very reliably. They spoke very good English, which helped us alot. Hotel spotlessly clean and rooms very comfortable. Room had a well stocked mini bar. The hotel was very quiet with no noisy English stag parties to be seen. Nice quiet location, but 15 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. Didn't bother us too much because weather was nice. Wouldn't hesitate staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended !!!

This is a very nice hotel, but it is necessary to take the taxi to go into the centre of town and back.
