This hotel is enough to convince a person to pack really lightly next time. No lift/elevator and many, many steps. The employees were pleasant, and the location in Orange seemed great.

Although we found out we did not have a reservation for the second night of our stay at this hotel (hotel closed and service who made reservation failed to alert us), the hotel owner made arrangements for us to have a hotel room in a nearby hotel. He did this without any trouble or additional expense to us. He also ensured that our luggage was transferred. The hotel was lovely and would stay there again. More so was the service and courtesy provided. What a lovely stay we had. A very statisfied guest!
