The property is located within walking distance from the small resort town of Heviz and only a few kilometres away from the shores of lake Balaton.

No twin beds as requested and confirmed - did not exist. Room modern but lack of space to put anything. Toiletries non-existent - couldn't believe it! Just a push-soap dispenser on the wall. One main restaurant and bar with meals - certainly not much choice for 5-star hotel. No porterage service on way out though their tip was automatically included on bill - they made no attempt - just stood around and watched. We stay in many 5-star hotels all over the world - I would not rate this above a 4-star. Golf, tennis, pool, spa but not the basics!

Would class as a 3.5/4 star hotel, rather then the 5 that it is rated as it doesnt have the luxury trimmings off a 5 star hotel. Staff helpful and efficient. Spa/baths great, outside pool nice but felt it overcrowded due to the number of beds that surrond it. Only down side is that when we were there(July) it s guests were mainly older / retirees and felt like an OAPs resort. The hotel guests were mainly Germans, with most info provided in Hungarian and German, although menus are available in english but are limited. Would recommend for 55+ age group.

This is a fantastic hotel with brilliant facilities. The location is great - literally 15 minutes from the airport, and getting to the hotel could not have been easier. It was a 15 minute walk from the centre of town - so again easy to go and explore Heviz. I cannot wait to go back!
