Located at Chamshil Dong, the Lotte Hotel World in Seoul is short drive from Bongeunsa, which is a temple. the hotel was a perfect location for family with kids.. everything is just around the corner.. and very clean and safe!!! only the wall was very thin...

pillow smelled little. otherwise, service was very good. there was no wireless internet connection. the internet system allowed only one laptop computer per account. I and my daughter had laptops, we were able to activate only one. If we wanted to use both computer, then we had to purchase another account for the other computer. the location is very convenient to use subway. overall it was good. I can recommend to others.

Everything was good except below 2. 1. Due to the hotel renovation there was drilling noise in daytime. 2. Before swimming pool was complimentary for guests. But now it is not.

We picked Lotte World Hotel, Jamsil, for our one night stay in Seoul for the very convenient location. We came down from Yongpyong Ski Resort and were leaving for Singapore the next morning. The bus from Yongpyong stops infront of Lotte Mart and the express airport bus stops infront of the Lotte World Hotel. There is plenty of shopping at adjacent Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart and various restaurants to dine in. Overall the hotel is very nice but does not provide a kettle or any coffee-making facilities (expected of a 5-star hotel). I am not sure if this is standard in Korea hotels as there was no kettle at the Dragon Valley Hotel in Yongpyong too.
