Lotte Hotel Busan Guest Reviews
I stayed with my daughter in the Lottee Hotel in both Busan and Ulsan, South Korea. I was very impressed with the amenities and how beautiful the hotels are for the price. Our entire family is going back to tour South Korea for a summer vacation and we plan to stay in Lotte Hotels in every city we visit if one is available.

The conceirge was the best! They went out of their way to help us. We were on the 37th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was so close by. We had a great stay!

From Oct 22 until Oct 28, 2008 I stayed at the Lotte Hotel in Busan for business. The hotel is a very organized and clean establishment. The Italian restaurant was excellent and boosted a spectacular view; the breakfast buffet was good, although it clearly catered to more of a Japanese cuisine then the North American I do not travel to Korea often so I was surprised that the use of the hotel sauna and whirlpools required an additional fee (approx $10.00 US) however I discovered this was common in the other hotels in Korea. My only criticism, although minor, was language. The staff was helpful and clearly made an effect to accommodate me but their command of the English language was limit, which made things like finding restaurants or organizing a spa visit a little frustrating and time consuming. Overall, it was a very present stay and I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

This hotel is well located in the center of Busan, it shall be among the best hotels in the town once the renovation works are compleated.

Location of this hotel is excellent. The Metro and shooping centres are virtually next door. Facilities are good but unfortuanately bacuse of their current refurbishment program some times little noisy. This is the only place I had breakfast with the oyal Bengal Tiger! The breakfast venue is superb and the food is also excellent. Staff are extremely polite.
