Staff is very helpful but the room is very small, not even a table or chair to put stuff on it! The bathroom is even smaller and ... loads of bugs running over on the walls!! Only one towel, not even a small one more or you have to pay for it. Would NOT recommend it.

what made me uncomfortable was the bed, it's too narrow and soft. hope next time they could change the mattress.

Very basic and simple but clean. Situated in a nice part of London. A good choice if you want travel with a low budget.

I had booked the room a long time before in order to be sure of getting a nice twinroom in the peiode, never the less was me and my adult daughter strored away in a little room on the third floor. We will never use this hotel again.

Good location only five minuts walk from the station. Would definite stay there again, great location in a nice area and friendly staff to a low price. Though it's not a five star hotel, the rooms contains what you need, a bed and in our case a little bathroom, but you get what you pay for.

A good hotel for the price, rooms are small, but ok, and 5-10 mins. walk to underground.

Good for location and non-fussy people. Bring your own kettle and teacups as it isn't provided in your room. Bedroom is simple (no fridge, no daily cleaning & change of towels) but comfortable enough. Breakfast is simplest with 2 loafs of bread with butter and jam, weak tea or awful coffee and low quality orange squash. Value for money, anyway.

We arrived after a flight from Fance with all our luggage. We were told to walk three blocks to an annex of the hotel. We had to lug our bags up three flights of narrow stairs and when we got to our room we found the shower /toilet facillities so small the shower curtain stuck to you if you tried to turn around. There were no drinking classes for us,should have asked when we checked in we were told later. My sister and I are over 65 So this hotel is only for the young and strong. We left after 1 night and found somewhere else.Wrote this of to experience.

Beware of the many schools that uses the hotel. They can sometimes make up some noise. But overall - a fine hotel at the price.

We had a 3 bed room. It was so small that there was no room to fit a chair or desk/table. The toilet/shower cubicle was tiny, barely enough room to move. I wont be going there again.

This hotel was obviously under renovation when we stayed in November 2006. The Bayswater area is an excellent neighborhood and easy access to the Tube. The surprise treat for us was that both rooms we booked, triple and a quad, actually had bedding for 5. This is rather unheard of in London accommodations. Rooms were simplistic in nature, but an excellent value if all you need is a place to sleep after walking all over London during the day. Would like to see what the hotel looks like after renovation. We would probably stay there again.

The hotel is nice and close to the city centre, and it is probably as cheap as you can get this close. The rooms may remind you of a shoe box. If you're on a budget, this is probably not a bad option. If you want class and style, then you probably shouldn't be looking for budget options.
