Lord Nelson Hotel Liverpool Guest Reviews
If you are not a fussy person and just want a cheap and excellent located hotel for a short stay in liverpool (over the weekend) then this place would be ideal. If things such as cleanliness and loud sounds or lack of faciliites are important to you then better to pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. But for somewhere to just leave your things and sleep while you spend the day out in the city or at the football, then definitely ideal.

very convenient to Lime Street Train station. The room is small but for the price you pay it is expected.

No telephone or save in room. No proper locks on windows and the lock on the door didn't seem very safe to me. Location was ok but there are lots of hotels nearer the centre for the same price. The real killer was the TV had one station working ! No pay TV. Pratically no TV. On the other side staff in reception were pleasant and their was a pub out the back that was showing the footie. Won't go back to be honest.

Hotel very good, for price, and staff very friendly and helpful. The room I was allocated was supposed to be a double room. The only double was the bed itself. The room was very small and it was difficult getting round the bed. My stay would have been ideal, if the room had been bigger. How two people could survive in that room, for any length of time, amazes me.
