While the room was small, and like most hotels, there was only one suitcase stand, it was adeqate. The service, especially at the fron desk and behind the scenes, was outstanding. The location, near the Opera and St Lazarre railway Station and restaurants, was excellent. The email address on their website was hit and miss and required a phone call to get an alternative address. I would stay there again.

Great hotel. Location very central. Opposite Gare St Lazare station with buses both out the front and around the corner - public transport was no problem. It is within easy walking distance of the Place de la Concorde (15 mins) and very close to some great shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel facilities were great including free WiFi. Would definitely stay here again.

for us location was great,very close to department stores and metro just outside the hotel door, as well as bus No 21 to airport bus at Opera to Charles de gaulle airport,could not be better connection. the oyster bar/restaurant next door for oysters could not be any better Breakfast was great and staff more than helpfull,will stay there next time in Paris(3Xtimes a year)

This was the start of out honeymoon and we were very happy with everything. The location is fantastic and breakfast is also very good. Reception staff were very helpful. We would definetely stay here again.
