The hotel was ideally located for the tube stations and in the Bayswater area there are eating places to suit all tastes. Good walks through Kensington Gardens and Hyde park are easily accessable. The room in the hotel was on the small size, it was the first time we had stayed in a hotel room where you couldn't fit a set of draws in, it was however clean and the bed and bathroom where adequate.

I went to London for a 5 days trip with my parents and it's so great that this hotel has a lift! The room size is similar to all Europe hotels but the toilet is a bit small. One point to note is, the room is equipped with a fridge which is a plus to the overall experience. The location is convenient with lots of restaurants nearby and I like the free wifi services as well. I will recommend this hotel to my friends!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The location is excellent since it is quite close to the Bayswater underground station, and there are also lots and lots of shops/restaurants close by. The hotel is also in a little nook, so the location itself is free from any noise. While Hyde Park is within walking distance, most of the attractions are to the south or east, so it can take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to get to them by underground. The room itself is very small, especially the bathroom, so much so that my pregnant wife felt suffocated at times. Unfortunately, this seems to be typical of london hotels in this price range. At least, it was quite clean. The TV was also tiny and worse, carried only four channels. And there is free internet access in the lobby, but only paid service in the rooms. I ended up taking my laptop down to the lobby a few times, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff was generally helpful and courteous. The breakfast at the hotel has very limited options (especially if you are vegetarian like us) and was not worth it for us. Overall, recommended only for budget travelers who don't mind the cramped space.

I thought this hotel was extremely good value for money. The location was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. We arrived in London at 12.00 and although we could not book in, we could leave our luggage at the hotel. Again on the day of departure we booked out at 09.30 and left our bags there until later that afternoon. Would certainly tell our family and friends about this hotel.
