Clean room,staff very friendly and attentive.Very smart dining room with plenty of meal choice but food not quite hot enough. The only problem with the room was very little wardrobe space,in fact there was only a small cupboard. Taking all this into account the hotel is still a good choice for a short stay.This was our second stay at the Link.

Central location, near Tiong Bahru Market where there's good food. Too little lighting for the room, and no bathtub expected of a SGD$200+ hotel. Staff were slow in processing our check-in, but efficient enough for check out. Accommodating enough to charge us only SGD$50 deposit when we have already made full payment. Aircon likes to stop halfway during the night, but apart from those this is fine.

Stayed for 6 days for a business trip. Excellent Internet Access come with the room, a plus for business user. Laundry cost is high which is not good for business travellers. Suggest using taxi, highway is just next to it. MRT still in 10 minutes walk, which is a bit far. Bus should be well reachable but that is complicated for non-local people. Wall is slightly thin where I heard noises from rooms nearby on 1st night. Yet other nights are fine for me. overall fine for budget saving people

Tower not clean, room too small for e price! and the hotel messed up mine booking with a non-smoking room instead.
