The location and the low price (for that area) makes it workable. No big negatives, just generally run down. The attached restaurant also was OK, but nothing to write home about, only visited for breakfast. It was only a few blocks (approx. 3) to the funicular "Falls incline railway". The staff was nice. They allowed us to leave our cars in the parking lot for the afternoon, after we had checked out.

We arrive to the hotel on Sept. 15th,2011. and we reserved 2 rooms but they said that something happended to our rooms so they gave us the "Suite" (if this was a suite I cannot image the regular rooms) which had 3 beds and a sitting area. This people dont even had a computer they had our reservations in Index cards lol When we went to check out the room it was very scary! I almost cry! it was dusty, the carpet was filthy and stains all over, the couch was dirty with yellow stains... the sheets were ripped and smells bad! in the 3 nights we stay they never gave us towells, we had to ask for them, they never change the sheets and we found beer bottles and trash from previous guess on the floor behind a curtain... broken chairs, I can just go on and on! Just Terrible and dirty place.

We got stuck with a tiny room with one queen bed (had booked a room with 2) with seriously stained carpet, a worn out box spring and matress that was perched on a too-big steel frame, window screens were ripped, chairs were too stained to sit on, etc. The other guests were roudy (chairs smashed in the parking lot) and partied all night Saturday night. We got charged $9.00/night for parking and its a "motor inn". The only positive is that it is within walking distance of the falls.

In general the hotel was nice, but the receptionist was not much skilled with her job. She really doesn't look comfy with her job. I made a reservation over phone, and paid through credit card, and after arrival she took almost 40 mins to issue the check-in !!! The most saddening part of the story was, although I paid the money during the phone reservation, she still asked my credit card number on arrival- said that she need this for a safety check (!). But later, I found that she charged the rate again !! and after having 2-3 days long phone argument they acknowledged that they made a mistake, but I really got upset about this incident.

Good place for people on budget, TV is great, parking fee is not nice, breakfast buffett was closed on sunday, room is cold and people not allowed to put the heat on high, there's a note saying if you put the heat up the fuse will blow out, many light bulbs were dead, location is wonderful, price is more wonderful
