The hotel was really nice and well presented although we were intitially a bit worried about the old market nearby, turned out that market was a great wander around if not a bit smelly for us delicate westeners. The hotel staff are really eager to please and most speak a little English although one or two of the waiters speak really well. The rooms are really good and clean, the breakfast is ok although the Kmher food in the restaurant is good. If you get a chance, keep a tuk-tuk driver for a full day at least and use him to get you to Angkor Wat and pub street and you will find $10 is a fair price for you and great for him. If you get to the pub street area then try Kmher Kitchen, we followed the reviews and were not disappointed
