Lillekula Hotel Tallinn Guest Reviews
The location is some 15 minutes walk from the old town in residential part, which makes the place quite quiet. The reception desk peronnel is very nice and helpful, but you need to be early for breakfast: it may be impossible to get any food that other ate, even if they say they'd prepare.
