The Lighthouse Hotel & Spa Galle is perched atop a hill in the town of Galle in the southwest of Sri Lanka overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Excellent service and quality. Perfect location, spacious rooms, clean and quiet. Very good cuisine with a lot of choices. Free internet service but only in lobby area.

The hotel is nice and the rooms lovely. The bathrooms were a real pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the large swimming pool which is great if you want to swim laps. Staff are attentive and eager to help. Only thing I did not like was the restaurants which were very expensive. The food served however was generally good. A good hotel which I would recommend to folks visiting Galle.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Rooms large with a lovely bathroom. We were upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room which had a fantastic view over the sea. Would highly recommend

Excellent facilities all round with attentive but not intrusive staff. Very expensive by Sri Lankan standards but on balance worth it. Spa and food particularly good.
