I have booked 3 rooms, 2 double and 1 triple. My brother arrived about 9pm on 29th May,2012,but was told only 2 rooms I booked. He has no choice, checked in 1 room and waited until 2am,30th May 2012, only managed to get another 2 rooms check in. Very disappointed. The triple room we stay, long bath drainage very slow. Rooms is clean.

Stayed for 3N. Room clean but dated. Beddings OK. The worst is the airconditioning which is not working well all the time The corridor outside is much cooler than the room. Think we are not the only affected. Seen number of fans were outside the guest rooms. Staff at lobby lacked professionalism from counter to conceirge. Counter staff lacked initiaitive to welcome guests.Conceirge staff were seen meddling with toys (openly placed in plastic bags) when guest entrusted his lugguage to safekeep. When u exit with luggages, no one offer to help or to hail a cab. Fortunately, it was very easy to get a cab infront of hotel. Generally got the feeling the hotel did not pay attention to guests' comfort and needs. Even the lobby lounge set was sunk in. There is no staff we really feel appreciated. Apart from its location, nothing else is applaudable.

Generally the hotel is good and in a very convenience location, easily excess to shopping (beijing road) and restaurants. A bit far from metro and very noisy and dusty outside the hotel because of the construction works carry out just right infront of the Lido Hotel.
