Excellent location and truly outstanding service at the hotel, the reception staff was one of the top two best and most helpful (even in non-standart situation) I've ever seen! Price is on the high side as compared to other cities, but that goes for all hotels in Venice. However I am most pleased with the price I got through online booking, by 25% less than than standard rate for this hotel.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Great views of the canal from a beautiful room. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent and the staff were more than helpful. Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel if you are planning a trip to Venice. We noticed that so many people stopped and admired the hotel. Nice courtyard to unwind in after a busy day sightseeing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic but lovely. We would stay there again.
