Comfortable hotel in a good location, opposite Tin Hau metro. Value for money. Plenty of good restaurants around, easy access to tram, metro, buses and walking distance to Times Square in Causeway Bay. In peak times the hotel lift was very slow (a bit frustrating); no WiFi access but internet available in room for moderate charge - free internet via 2 computers in lobby, good but often busy; and the gym was hot (all glass & the sun streams in) and no weights. We would stay again.

The hotel location is gd. MTR is just diagonally opposite the hotel, very convenient to travel to other parts of HK. There's some shops nearby - Watsons, Mannings, Circle K, HK eating house, etc. But there's one thing need to feedback. I stayed in room 2210 twin sharing. Both me and my niece had this itchy feeling when sleeping and I had to wear long pants to bed. But my poor niece was complaining her whole body itch. I think there are bed bugs!!! The hotel need to change the bedsheets or some overhaul. I'd recommend to my friends but hotel need to get rid of the bedbugs!!!

The only Hotel I stay have no Wi-Fi !! Very bad. location is good, easy in and out. Over price (may be high season)

Across the street from MRT station,or take the inexpensive tram to eastern or western HK. A lot of good restaurants are close by. The room size is standard for HK hotels but space is well utilized. My only complain is the TV. Isn't it about time to upgrade to a LCD flat panel!?
