They are soon to renovate this hotel, which actually, I regret. An old, clean, charming hotel that some migh not like, but I found funky and great. Amazing location for visiting phoenix. Best price you can find. Safe, wonderful happy friendly staff. Hope I can stay there again before they begin construction.

This was the worst nightmare of our lives. After checking in to the room, we opened the microwave to heat up some lunch only to find a stale pastry that had been there for who knows how long. Next going to to freshen up before an interview to find dirty smelly wash clothes tied around the curtain rod. The ultimate is yet to come. That night after sitting in bed only to start scratching ourselves into a bloody pulp. We ask ourselves why!! Guess, bed bugs. It was horrific!!! Packed up and went downstairs in our p.j.'s and an overcoat. hellish trip

It was a good hotel. Beds were comfy, the room was great, staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was near a bunch of places you could walk too. So was pretty good.
