The telephones did not allow us to call out, only room to room and hotel services. Very strange. Room good size but a single bed for our 14 yr old son would have been better than a sofa bed. He is adult size.

This is a great hotel to stay in with many good food stalls around the vicinity. If you are one who enjoys walking, it's a nice area to walk about. The staff at this hotel speaks little to no english but you can get information at the JTB office. I stay there for 3 nights and have no major complains and they provide free laundry (DIY) at the 9 floor with a jacuzzi so you can have a soak while your wait for your laundry to get done.
