Very nice hotel. 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. Staff helpful and proffesional.

Major problem was the cleanliness in the bathroom, and they haven't any kind of facility like as internet acess, wi-fi etc. I suppose that considering the price charged was not in accordance with the level of the hotel.

Very pleased with hotel. I understood that breakfast was included when I booked room but was informed that I had to pay extra. Location very good and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very near to bus station, trams etc.

An excellent hotel in Heidelberg Germany. Cleanliness, facilities and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this location.
