Excellent business meeting room / lounge with internet access. Help could be a little more engaging in business room. Hotel room internet service has a variable fee though. Very neat rooms but could use a clock / alarm / radio. Convenient to tradeshow and mall. Tour pickup was also convenient. Breakfast comes with room but staff was behind on servicing breakfast on day 1. Other days things were well taken care of. Staff was mostly very willing and helpful at desk.

Leonardo, specifically Leonardo Boutique from Habarzel TelAviv is the best hotel I have ever been at. Very big, very clean, excellent facilities, wonderful people. And most of all, even if it is so big and full of people, I have always felt it as a very special and cozy place, which reminded me of home. This particular hotel is the true home far from home place.
