Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai Guest Reviews
The Lemon Tree Hotel is a good upmarket hotel and the facilities and rooms are very modern and pleasant. I believe it would be beneficial if the staff in the restaurant would be trained professionally, since the hotel likes to rank high internationally. A proper service training would be appreciated. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, but the staff in the restaurant lacks professionalism on international standard. It would be wonderful to have nice background music to create a relaxed ambient, pop and hard-rock music does not really sued. The reception staff was most helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much.
