Excellent service, superb breakfast, modern and clean infrastructure. People at the reception, room cleaning and restaurant always trying to help you. Just in front of the nice Copacabana beach. Recommend for family or business trips to Rio !!

A nice hotel, well situated on Copacabana, good breakfast, helpful staff - but not nice that internet access is very expensive !

in my opinion this hotel has the best location on the copacabanna beach front. The section of Atlantic avenue is not subject to heavy traffic. The beach front is the only place to stay in Rio de Janeiro. Back fromthe beach front the city is very disappointing

The hotel is very nice and was under renovation while I was there so I can say it will be much better soon. The breakfast was a nice spread. There was always an english speaking person on staff and they were helpful in getting you any information you requested. I was unhappy that there was a charge for services such as a bucket of ice to the room, but I guess that is to be expected. Also, there was one door man who kept trying to have me use his friends services. I feel that my hotel in a foregin city should be helpful in keeping me from being ripped off as an unfamiliar tourist, not helping in the process of it. Over all I was happy with this hotel and would stay there again. Just travel Smart.
