I stayed from the 6th to the 8th of Jan 2012 and found it a very comfortable and pleasing place to stay. The Sky TV was out but i'm sure this wouldve been easily remedied with a phonecall, which i didnt place as i prefered to go out and explore Nelson instead. Highly recommend. Comfortable, roomy, pleasant staff, not far from town centre. Will def stay again if i'm down those ways

Quiet, clean and central to Nelson. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had very noisy people in the next room, and the walls are pretty thin, so had to complain 2 nites in a row re the noise. But have to say, the staff got onto it immediately and fixed it. The spa was out of order which was a shame, and the pool is very small. Still fine for what we needed, ie a place to sleep as we were out every day. Didnt use the restuarant or bar, but they looked great!

Friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated for a quiet and peaceful life. Need a vehcile to access restaurants in town centre. Although, restaurant on site had good food and service.

W e had a good stay , good location, stayed an extra night and the Hotel rate was better than online, we had booked a triple but a double was sufficient for us , so did feel a bit ripped off

this is a fabulous place to stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All hotels should strive to have such a friendly management and team like this wonderful place. Even though we arrived very late due to floods and rock and mud slides we were welcomed warmly and the dining room stayed open to allow us to have dinner and we had a fabulous waiter / bar tender Phillip was so friendly and helpful. The room was great as were all the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nelson.
