Convenient to central station was important.. Lift breakdown was inconvenient after climbing 4 floors and finding stair door locked, but presume this was not a regular occurrence. Good queen sized bed but rest of furniture made room cramped.

A great little hotel, but very noisy. Backs onto a laneway that services local businesses and central station, so be prepared to be woken during the wee hours of the morning. Staff were friendly and a very convenient location.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel and rooms Close to central train station, Chinatown and haymarket including paddy's market. Short stroll to downtown Sydney. Twin room very small, very hot, no window!! Jug didn't fit under basin tap, made it hard to boil jug to make cuppa. Bathroom supplies empty - showgel, hand lotion, tissues.

The rooms are a bit small but for the amount paid it's worth the dollars. Could do with a microwave in the room. Staff are extremely friendly and very obliging for assistance with any matter that arose. Would stay again as it is very close to Central Station.

The staff were great which is just as well because the hotel is very average and overpriced. The twin room i booked had no windows and was tiny. I was not prepared to stay in the room it was so claustrophobic, i therefore spent three days moving from room to room. If the room description had stated no windows i would have known not to book it. I was also angry to find that even though it was an Australian hotel the price was in USD with no indication that this was the case. When booking an Australian hotel i expect it to be in AUD unless otherwise specified. All in all not a good experience. I wil lnot use Orbitz again nor will i stay in this hotel.
