The location is fantastic, close to cafe's, bars, shops, tourist attractions and two metro stations. Bathrooms look like they have been refurbished recently and are kept very clean. Staff were friendly. Bed linen was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. If I had to think of a negative, I would say that the room decor is dated and carpets could do with a refresh. However, as Paris reasonably priced hotels go it was pretty good.

We were on the 6th floor and lift only goes to 4 and a half - seriously, the lift door opens between floors on the spiral stair case - which made getting the bags up and down a bit of a nuisance but we had quite a large room which was a treat. Workmen replacing the roof next door not such a treat but we learnt some colourful language.

Sadly the hotel has seen better days and staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming but it is in an amazing location and more than adequate if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep after a day of sightseeing or shopping.

I like this hotel very much as the perfect location, I will come back to this hotel when I travel again in Paris.

Bathroom is renovated and very clean, but the bedroom has old mattress, carpets and bed lines. Not to stay comfortable a long stay.
