Good hotel in a central setting. Bus 7 or 10 up from the railway station. 1RMB. Used the Western Travel Service in the hotel grounds opposite. Trips to Xiahe (overnight) and Bingling Si. Very good breakfast. Would stay again. Upgrade a waste of money.
