I only had few things that i think they need to improve, which made us feel uncomfortable while staying @ Le Soleil. 1st, I was informed late that my 11yr.old son was had a addtn'l charged. @nd Our room which is located at the ground floor was already old, the ceiling & walls were not so nice to look at, esp. the comfort room, it was so old, the toilet bowl seater need to be change (really bad!), the tyles & ceiking were also bad. the Hair dryer was old,everything on their comfort room were really bad. The beddings were also old and faded,though it doesn't smell bad, but the pillows & the pillow case were really bad, it has a lot of stained, that we needed to put our own towel before use it, the white towel were not white at all.it's old also.over all rating for the room is VERY BAD 1-10, i'll rate it 1, the lowest.though the staff ( Front desk, the waiters, room boy, & the guards) are so kind & very courteous, The food at their restaurant are good! Location is great!

there's only one thing that turned me off in the hotel. how come the hotel is providing toothbrush to guests without toothpaste? nowhere in the hotel you can find a toothpate, and to make matter worse, the housekeeping told me that they removed toothpaste in their list and that all guests are required to buy from stores outside the hotel... grrrr, what an answer!!!!

The crew were very helpful & pleasant(always smiling & greeting guests).It's nice that there's something different being offered during breakfast even if it's just 1 or 2 viands.Our room was clean & comfortable.The price was just right.I would recommend it to my friends.

Nice rooms w/ good hot water, decent restaurant, and helpful staff. Transfer to & from airport in Caticlan was efficient. Big negative however - Summer Place bar next door had DJ music thumping Monday night to 4:30AM Tues. morning. Fun place, but we didn't want to hear it in our room too! Bar was almost empty rest of week, so maybe it's just one night. Unless you want to be there dancing all night, better find out which night is loud or stay somewhere else.
