This is a four star hotel...could be five: clean behind things, make sure that the the toilets in the different bathrooms all work well. I choose to stay here, as Le Pavilion is a classic old style hotel meets my desire for a classic stay experience. But I hate the small issues...maids too loud early while I sleep, toilets too low flow, dust in the tub (when was the room last occupied However, I will continue to stay here....Classic!

This hotel is well positioned for access to key attractions in New Orleans. It is only a few blocks from the French Quarter and from River Walk. The room itself was a little small and had a noisy air-conditioning system. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are lovely, the hotel is beautiful, and everything is nice and clean. Absolute favourite is the late night snack. Best experience we've had at a hotel. We were on a tight budget and could only afford two nights, but its still resonably affordable to your average traveller and so very worth it in the end. Easy walk to Bourbon St and major french quarter area.

I stayed at Le Pavillon for three days on business. The hotel is situated in the Business District, but all major parts of New Orleans are quickly accessible, as are two Streetcar lines. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is very attracted. I would definately stay there again.

My family and I had a great experience at Le Pavillon for the BCS Championship at the Superdome. It is so conveniently located for events at the dome or arena, and is an easy walk to the French Quarter. The hotel was at capacity the night before we got there, so understandably there wasn't a room available when we got there at 11:00 AM. Check-in time is 3:00 so we came back shortly before and the room still wasn't available. The attendant gave me free drink coupons for everyone in my party. About 25 minutes later the room still wasn't ready so a manager found me in the lobby and gave me 4 breakfast buffet vouchers ($80 value). The fact that they offered all that really made me more pleased with the hotel than if the room had been available at 11:00. Staff members of every level were extremely courteous and welcoming the entire stay. We had a deluxe room with 2 queens and it was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.
