power cut, internet not working at times, stuff room, restaurant menu average, spa treatment rather pricey. staff were really friendly and helpful. shuttle service reliable and punctual. better directions/instructions for shuttle service. hotel should include a map showing exact location rather than just white bridge/olympic casino.

Fantastic rooms in a top class hotel. Nice outlook. Good facilities except TV - few channels with only one English speaking. With the awful weather in Lithuania some people from UK/US may find this a disadvantage. Must have a car to access Vilnius.

If you arrive on Monday or Tuesday just consider they don''t have an open restaurant neither the room service available after 11:30pm.<br> <br> Editor''s Note (February 23, 2005)<br> The hotel management would like everyone to know that there is 24-hour room service available whilst the main restaurant is open until midnight.

The room reserved was without air-conditioning. It was changed after my request. The currency exchange rate was very poor in the reception and no ATM on location. The location was absolutely wrong.<br> <br> Editor''s Note (February 23, 2005)<br> We have been informed by the hotel management that most of the rooms have now been equipped with air-conditioning and they also would like to advise guests that currency exchange rates are set by the bank of Lithuania.
