Nice hotel near to ITC Mangga Dua. Good spread of buffet breakfast. However check-in takes too much time.

Great service from staff at all levels. There's a minimart right across the road and shopping within steps. Only grievance is there was no machine to retrieve cash with a Mastercard.

Good hotel, would definitely use again. Excellent service from staff. Would go for the 17th floor again as that extra personal service is very good.

Good location if you want to shop at Mangga Dua. Check-in and Check-out took a while, reception staff not actively attending to customers, slow in action and keep consulting each other on actions to be taken. Room size is ok quite spacious eventhough it's a standard room. Housekeeping takes hours to attend to your request also no extra pillow policy. Not flexible in late check out request, insisted that we pay 25% of room rate eventhough you check out at 1:00pm. Other then the above, check you final bills before paying as they are proned to charging mini bar items which are not being consumed.

When asked for extra towel & pillow, request was not fulfilled, reason being they can only provide certain amount of towels per room, unless towels are exchange. The room are not as grand as the lobby, rooms are too plain and needs to be updated. Shower or water pressure are not even, very hard to adjust. Either too hot or cold. Need a lot of time to adjust to your liking.
