I have stayed @ Meridien Commodore again in 2001.It was OK.Before booking i have read reviews.Almost nobody was happy.For €90.00 per night what do they expect.We were very pleased from the hotel. Big rooms, wooden floor etc. We did not have breakfast.The other couple who was with us said that the breakfast was not so good.

The taxis are available next to the hotel''s gate. Allo Taxi is cheaper for abroad travelling. In town you may take taxi with driver for a full day tour which will cost US$ 100. From a place to another in Beirut it cost US$ 4.
