Excellent, centrally located hotel.

This hotel has a good location and is set well back from the busy Anspachlaan so there is little traffic noise. Room quality was very good - more like 3-star - and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

Good location. Good price. Staff unfriendly. Outside door always locked, so you have to ring. When I took a collegue to my room to exchange some papers, the staff run after me saying that was not allowed because I'd paid for 1 person only. I could convince them that we'd be out within a hour. Never experienced such bad staff behaviour.

Good hotel, good room. Quite close to the market square, close to a tram/metro entrance, close to a street full of good restaurants.
